For teams / Workplace mindfulness
Meet pressure with
greater awareness.
Practical attention training for busy teams: working with distraction, pressure and the pause before a difficult response.
Discuss this programAttention is part of how we work.
Constant switching, full calendars and difficult interactions can leave little room to notice how we are doing. Mindfulness offers a way to recognise what is happening and choose a more considered response.
Sessions combine guided practices, reflection and conversation. We explore what is useful in everyday working life, while recognising that individual practices do not replace healthy workloads or supportive organisations.
Possible areas of focus
Attention in everyday work
Recognise distraction and practise returning attention to the task or conversation at hand.
Working with pressure
Notice signs of stress and explore ways to pause before reacting.
Sustainable practice
Find small, realistic ways to bring awareness into a working day.
A program that fits
Your context
comes first.
Bring one recent situation: a meeting, a decision or an interaction that has been difficult. We discuss who is involved, what is getting in the way and what you would like the team to practise. Content and format are shaped around those needs.
Workshops and facilitated sessions may be offered online or in person, depending on location and availability. Practical arrangements are agreed before a program begins.
